Equestrian Instructor – Dubai, UAE An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and passionate Equestrian Instructor to join a prestigious riding academy in Dubai. This permanent role runs from September to June and offers the chance to teach a diverse range of students in a world-class facility that values ethical and sustainable practices.

The Equestrian Instructor will be responsible for: • Equestrian Instruction: Providing high-quality instruction to students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced riders. • Horse Training: Participating in the training and schooling of horses, ensuring their well-being and development. • Stable Management: Assisting with stable management duties, including feeding, grooming, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. • Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. • Compliance: Adhering to British Horse Society (BHS) standards and best practices. • Promoting Sustainable Practices: Championing and aiding implementation of sustainable working practices and processes throughout the establishment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes: • Experience: Proven experience as an Equestrian Instructor. • Nationality: Preferably European (due to visa requirements, but not essential). • Certification: BHS certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable. • Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to providing exceptional instruction. • Passion: A genuine passion for horses and equestrian sports. • Sustainable Practices: An understanding and passion for sustainable and ethical animal care practices. • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
