Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Male Riding Instructor/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horseback riding, excellent teaching skills, with minimum BHS Stage 2 or equivalent and a deep love for working with both horses and riders of all skill levels.

Key Responsibilities: Provide riding lessons for students of various age groups and experience levels (beginner to advanced) Develop individualized lesson plans that promote rider confidence, safety, and progression Teach horsemanship skills, including proper riding techniques, handling, grooming, and equipment care Ensure a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for students Assist in the care, maintenance, and general well-being of the horses Organize and lead group lessons, trail rides, and other equestrian activities Prepare students for competitions, if applicable Maintain records of student progress and attendance Communicate with parents or clients regarding lesson schedules, feedback, and progress

Qualifications: Certified Riding Instructor or equivalent experience Proven experience in teaching riding lessons to individuals or groups Excellent knowledge of horse care, grooming, and riding equipment Strong communication skills and a patient, encouraging teaching style Ability to work with students of all ages and experience levels Must be able to handle horses confidently and safely
