Employment opportunity for someone with advanced horsemanship skills to handle foals from birth until they move to main barn to start under saddle. No Mucking Stalls

➡️Providing post foaling care to both mare and foal. (No night shifts) Dipping navels, taking temperatures, giving Oxytocin shots, etc.,
➡️Administering medications (oral, IM, IV, and topical) applying wraps and keeping records up to date. ➡️Training new born foals- halter break, tie, pick up feet, lead, bath, etc. ➡️Handling foals and broodmares during weaning. ➡️Continued weekly handling and care of yearling and two year olds. Holding young stock for farrier and keeping farrier log up to date.

🕗8 hr per day /6 days per week. Extended hours only in the case of an emergency. 💲Pay is negotiable estimated $900/week via direct deposit. Quality on site housing is included No indoor pet policy.
