Are you looking to gain top level experience riding for one of the leading sport horse businesses in the U.S.? CMP Eventing is seeking a motivated and skilled Exercise Rider to join our team for the fall season (and beyond).

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience riding successfully at the Preliminary level
• Ideally, experience producing young horses
• Confidence riding a wide variety of horses
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude

This is a rare opportunity to ride and train in one of the country’s top eventing professionals, with exposure to a high volume of quality horses. The right candidate will gain the kind of experience that can launch a professional riding career—or potentially grow into a long-term role on our team.
