This is a facilities-focused role involving property maintenance, equipment operation, vendor coordination, and physical labor. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, hands-on, and able to address a wide variety of property-related needs as they arise. Responsibilities

• General handyman work and property maintenance
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors, including landscaping companies, electricians, and other service providers
• Operate a tractor
• Manage gates, visitor waivers, and deliveries
• Operate forklifts
• Maintain irrigation systems
• Maintain fences and roads
• Assist with vehicle maintenance
• Assist with equipment maintenance
• Provide help as needed around the property
• Handle unexpected property issues, such as fallen trees blocking driveways
• Assist with generators and power outages

Requirements

• Ability to fix and repair a wide range of property-related issues
• Experience communicating with vendors and contractors
• Ability to operate a tractor
• Mechanical aptitude
