We are seeking an experienced horseman who wants to become a trusted member of our team for years to come.

Responsibilities • Daily care of 6–11 horses, including feeding, turnout, grooming, stall cleaning, and hoof care • Administer medications, apply leg wraps, and provide basic wound care • Learn and perform individualized rehabilitation and wellness programs under established protocols (training provided) • Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized barn and property • Lawn mowing, landscaping, handyman work, and general property maintenance

Qualifications ✔ Extensive professional horse care experience required (20+ years strongly preferred) ✔ Excellent horse handling skills with a calm, patient demeanor ✔ Genuine love and respect for horses ✔ Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence ✔ Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently ✔ Positive attitude, integrity, honesty, and professionalism ✔ Handyman, landscaping, and property maintenance experience are a plus

Responsibilities include full daily horse and barn care, including stall cleaning, grooming, and attentive observation to ensure each horse’s comfort and well-being.

This is a structured, owner-led program with established routines and standards that are expected to be followed.

Successful candidates will be:

-Morning people with strong daily discipline

-Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs at times and work in Florida heat

-Drug-free, smoke-free, no tobacco use, and not heavy drinkers

-Able to work independently while remaining responsive and communicative
