🐴 About the Role: • Grooming and show prep at home and during shows • Handling high-level jumpers and stallions • Tacking, turnout, organizing gear, feeding, therapy appointments, unpacking/packing • Keeping everything spotless: tack, grooming areas, and gear • NO mucking stalls 🙌 • Riding possible depending on experience and interest

✅ Must-Haves: • Currently in the U.S. and legally authorized to work • Experience grooming (FEI, A-circuit, or equivalent) • Strong work ethic, confidence, and great attention to detail • Comfortable around stallions and fit competition horses • Willing to commit to a full-time, Tuesday–Sunday schedule • Team-first attitude and positive energy
