We are a large Riding Academy, specializing in Hunters & Jumpers, as well as an IEA/IEL Show barn. We are looking for an instructor with Hunter/Jumper show & Instructing experience in the US. We do not have accommodation available, or the ability to relocate someone from a distance. We are located in Orange County, in So. California, so knowledge of the cost of living in the area is a must. A local resident is preferred. $20-$30 per hour depending on experience. Flexible hours and some riding available. Must work well with children, and enjoy being busy all day. Plenty of room for advancement up into trainer positions. Must be able to pass LiveScan background test, and be willing to complete a (paid) 3 hour training class as we work with local schools.

Must be energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and friendly. Must enjoy kids and horses.

Being around horses all day, opportunity for riding lessons, flexible schedule, accumulated sick time, will train energetic person with extensive Hunter/Jumper background; we cannot train someone with no experience at all.
