Working in a professional but family environment with all the benefits that go with a smaller yard. Lots of time given to the individual horses, welfare, stable management and turn-out. Lots of opportunities to travel to competitions or stay at home - so a varied, involved and all encompassing role which allows greater stimulation than a larger environment.
