Hooves Equestrian is looking for a passionate and experienced Female Riding Instructor to join our new women-only equestrian academy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Our academy is currently under development and is expected to open within the next two months. We are building a professional riding school dedicated exclusively to women and girls, with a strong focus on quality coaching, horse welfare, and rider development.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach riding lessons to women and children under the age of 11.
• Coach riders from beginner to intermediate levels.
• School and train horses for Show Jumping and Dressage.
• Prepare horses for lessons and training sessions.
• Maintain high standards of horse welfare, grooming, and stable management.
• Help establish and develop the academy’s training programs and riding standards.
• Create a safe, positive, and professional learning environment.

Requirements

• Female riding instructor with relevant coaching experience.
• Experience in Show Jumping and/or Dressage.
• Experience training and schooling horses.
• Experience teaching beginners and children.
• Professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for horses.
