We are looking for a dedicated horseperson to join us at Stall & Stutteri KFarstad in Norway.

A little about us; we breed warmblood showjumping and dressage horses, we sell some as foals and keep some for later. At the moment we have about 30 horses. We also have some clients horses stabled here.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person to join us and help our stable get even better and to continue to grow. It will be best fit for someone who is looking to stay long term and will think of the horses as their own, always working for the horses to have it as best as they can.

Duties include:

• Turning horses in and out
• Feeding
• Mucking
• Saddlebreaking, lunging and riding (not mandatory, depending on the person)
• Clipping, grooming
• Assist veterinary/farrier
• Keeping the stable and horses in tip top order and shape

We are open for both fulltime and parttime workers.

Qualifications: Ideally we're looking for is someone allround who can help us with all different aspects of the stable. We are open for people who are solely stableworkers, or someone who also can train horses is a big bonus.

• You must have experience with horses from before. You are able to handle different kinds of horses (foals, green horses, stallions etc).

• Flexible and solution oriented, see what needs to be done

For a stable it's quite low stress environment, nice colleagues and friendly horses. It is also in very stunning scenery with a lot of nature close by 😊 The city Molde is 30 minutes away and the city Kristiansund is 1 hour away. Fully furnished 2 story, 3 bedroom house. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, livingroom downstairs and upstairs. Lots of storagerooms, freezer, garden.
