We are a dressage stable of 25 horses, and we are growing. As we expand, we are looking for a Stable Manager to take full responsibility for the daily life of the yard — someone who leads, organises, and works hands-on alongside the team. The Role

The Stable Manager oversees everything on the yard and keeps it running to the highest standard:

Coordinating vets, farriers, and all external professionals — scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment plans Leading and organising the team, with a clear plan for every person and every day Managing turnout, feeding, training schedules, and the daily routine of the horses Supervising the condition and welfare of all 25 horses, and staying ahead as the yard grows

A Hands-On Job

This is not only an organisational role — it is a physical one. We expect the manager to lead by example and do the work, not only delegate it. If a horse is sick or needs treatment, we expect the manager to be there and do it personally. A real leader leads from the front. Who We're Looking For

A genuine understanding of dressage and the equestrian world A leader with high values the team can look up to Someone driven by passion for the horses and the sport, not by clocking hours Someone who takes true responsibility and understands that horses cannot wait

Living On-Site

This is a live-in position. It is important for the manager to be as close as possible to the yard, ready if anything happens. We keep fixed working hours, but there are moments when the horses come before the clock.

This is a special job, and we are looking for a special person.
