Full Time Live-In

General tasks will include:

• Loving our horses like they’re your own
• Feeding & filling water troughs
• Bathing & grooming
• Tacking up & cleaning gear
• Rugging and unrugging
• Riding depends on your experience
• Cleaning stables & yards
• Administering medications and basic first aid
• Routine health care
• Assisting farrier & veterinarian
• Light farm chores & lawn mowing

Essential

• Honest, Reliable & Punctual
• Administering IV & IM medication
• Strong work ethic
• Prior horse handling experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to work alone and in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Work with stable vets, farriers, dentist, chiro & acupuncturist

Not Essential Skills But Nice To Have

• Riding
• Towing the float & Driving horse truck
• Show Grooming
• Breeding and foaling experience
