Our team is growing! With an expanding program, CMP Eventing is looking to hire a full time groom with a strong foundation in all aspects of horse care to join our high-performance team.

What We’re Looking For • Solid knowledge of all aspects of horse care, including grooming, tacking, clipping, and braiding • Strong attention to detail—our horses are always the top priority • Someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment • A true team player who takes pride in exceptional horse care and presentation

Duties Include • Daily care of upper-level competition horses • Grooming and tacking at home and at competitions • Travel to national and international events • General horse care (turnout, feeding, medications, holding for vet and farrier) • Confident driving of a truck and trailer • Schedule: 6 days per week
