Cheerful, Energetic Barn Staff with Initiative who Really Cares About the Horses, Takes Pleasure in a Job Well Done, and Wants to join a professional Team.

We operate a well-maintained, professional, public dressage, boarding, training & teaching facility in business for over 35 years on our farm in lovely rural setting. 27 horses on 235 acres with a mix of top show horses, boarders and riding academy.

We are organized; candidates must be reliable and able to work to a schedule.

We make our own hay.

Job includes:

• Basic horse care, barn work, and light maintenance
• Light mucking, Feeding, Turnout, and Shared Night Check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk briskly, manage large horses required.
• Following directions with attention to detail

This is not a riding position, but board and training for a horse is a possiblity as part of the compensation.

Will train a less experienced, long-term oriented applicant.

Excellent communications with staff and clients a must. Texting for on-farm communications. Computer skills a plus. Resume, telephone and on-farm interviews required.

Must have a valid US drivers license

Attractive, well maintained 4 room apartment with own kitchen and bath, for the right candidate. Pet - only with prior approval.
