Equine Work Experience
Horses have been a part of my life since I was seven years old. I rode and competed throughout my childhood and teenage years and developed a strong foundation in horsemanship through lessons, competitions, and hands-on barn work. While competing, I spent considerable time helping my father’s girlfriend with her Arabian horses. This included exercising horses, grooming, feeding, handling horses of different ages and temperaments, assisting with daily stable management, and observing breeding operations. While attending Liberty University, I further expanded my experience by working at the university’s equestrian center, where I assisted with the daily care and management of horses in a collegiate riding program. Although I have a solid foundation in horse care, I am eager to continue learning from experienced professionals and expand my knowledge in areas such as eventing, foxhunting, breeding, foaling, young horse development, rehabilitation, and advanced stable management.
