Duties of Current Occupation
Barn involvement including feeding, grooming, rescue horse riding and desensitization training as well as general horse care.
Equine Work Experience
Riding & Horsemanship — 5 years of experience riding with a focus on western disciplines, including barrel racing at a competitive level
Tacking — Proficient in saddling, bridling, fitting, and maintaining tack for various horse types and riding styles
Grooming — Comprehensive grooming care including brushing, bathing, mane and tail maintenance, hoof picking, and show preparation
Feeding & Daily Care — Experienced in managing daily feeding routines, watering schedules, and monitoring overall health and well-being
Barn Management — Hands-on involvement in stall mucking, bedding, general barn upkeep, and facility maintenance
Rescue Horse Riding & Desensitization Training — Demonstrated patience and skill working with rescue horses, including calm and structured desensitization exercises to build horse confidence and trust
