Duties of Current Occupation
My duties include but are not limited to - feeding, turning in/out, blanketing, grooming/tacking/bathing, exercising, creating feed/work schedules, arena and property maintenance, assisting vet/farrier, and assisting clients.
Equine Work Experience
I have been riding and taking care of horses for over 10 years, in multiple disciplines and levels. I understand the hard work that is involved with being a part of the industry, and am not shy to the work and dedication needed. I have worked with horses ranging from young horses (including some foals), to experienced trained horses in many disciplines (dressage, western, hunter/jumpers). I have managed sick horses and their individual care including but not limited to bandage changing and administering medications. I am highly motivated to continue my education and be a part of a team where I can grow.
Specialities
I have experience leading a team. I am quick and efficient, and have high standards as far as maintaining equine care and barn cleanliness. I am very meticulous and organized. I have handling experience with a wide variety of different breeds, disciplines, and levels.
