Bio
I grew up riding English on the East Coast, then recently graduated with my Master of Social Work, and just got back from a horsepacking expedition in southern Chile. I am looking for a way to work with horses and help people at the same time.Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience and formal hunter/jumper instruction. Additional intensive training in backcountry horsemanship and horse care through a Patagonia expedition, and graduate-level coursework in Human–Animal Environment Interactions.

Daily horse care, including grooming, tacking, feeding, and stall cleaning; monitored basic health and behavior on horsepacking expedition; handled horses of varying temperaments in both barn and backcountry environments.
Equine Work Experience
10+ years riding English hunter/jumper. Early experience in barn chores such as mucking, grooming, and feeding. I recently completed a multi-week horsepacking expedition in Patagonia, where I developed more advanced riding and horse care skills.

I grew up riding English hunter/jumper and have experience in flatwork and jumping on horses with varying temperaments. I have basic Western riding skills and am currently hoping to expand my proficiency.
