Duties of Current Occupation

Equine Feed Manager-High Desert Equestrian (2023-2024) 65+ Horses (stall, turnout, pasture board) C2 USPC Pine Ridge Pony Club (hoping to take rating up to A) Groom- Up and Over Farms (Summers 2021-2024)

Equine Work Experience

I have enjoyed riding since the age of 8, starting as an eventer in Pony Club, moving onto showjumping in my early teens, now the opportunity to bring up young horses and find fitting homes. I also enjoy teaching people, specifically those who struggle with anxious riding.

Specialities

I have gotten the opportunity to work with a variety of horses (colts, young horses, retraining problem horses, studs, breeding, etc.) My experience as a Landman has allowed me to work in many difficult situations involving variety of people. I have enjoyed teaching lessons from ages 3 to 60+.

Type of Ride Work

I have had the opportunity to get a good English foundation in dressage from my eventing background and development from show jumping. Lately, being on the western slope I have enjoyed learning more about the western disciplines including ranch riding, extreme trail, reining, and colt starting. Anything from gaited to warmbloods to OTTBs and Mustangs. Everything but small ponies as I am tall!
