Qualifications

12+ years of practical equestrian experience and systematic training under professional coaches. Active competitive background in show jumping. Clean European Driver’s License (Category B). Currently studying Human Resource Management (bringing strong organization, reliability, and team-player skills to the barn).

Duties of Current Occupation

Daily care and management of sport and young horses: mucking out, turnout/bringing in, grooming, feeding, and administering supplements. Tacking up, untacking, and washing down. Lunging, groundwork, and exercising horses.

Equine Work Experience

Practical experience working in training and sport stables, handling both daily barn duties and training routines for young and conditioning horses.

Specialities

Pre-training and schooling young horses (pre-trained 7 young sport horses from the ground up, preparing them for riding). Groundwork, desensitization, cavesson lunging, and building patient trust with sensitive horses. High turnout standards, excellent attention to detail, and calm behavior management.

Type of Ride Work

Solid background in show jumping, gridwork, and gymnastics over fences, paired with correct flatwork fundamentals (rhythm, suppleness, balanced contact). Experienced in introducing young horses to fences, building confidence over courses, and schooling them quietly. Soft, balanced, and secure seat on both forward-going and sensitive horses.
