BARN MANAGER WANTED – DURHAM, NC
Live On Site | Well-Equipped Barn | Free Housing + Possible Horse Board

We’re searching for a dedicated and experienced Barn Manager to join our team at a quiet, well-maintained equestrian property located in Durham, NC. This peaceful setting offers:

• 13 spacious stalls – each with windows
• Two wash bays + one grooming bay
• Feed room, full bath, and two tack rooms
• Covered hay and shaving storage
• 7 paddocks with Ram fencing
• Calm, horse-friendly atmosphere

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has extensive horse care experience with all breeds
• Maintains an impeccably clean barn and facility
• Can clean stalls and tidy the barn at least 3 days per week
• Is knowledgeable in feeding schedules and horse wellness
• Enjoys working one-on-one with boarders
• Has experience operating tractors and ATVs (a plus!)
• Ideally owns a safe, reliable lesson horse and is interested in teaching lessons onsite
• Ability to help maintain the grounds is a plus
• Takes pride in providing top-tier care

Compensation includes:

• Free on-site housing
• Possible free board for one horse
