Berryfield Dressage is seeking an experienced, full-time, live-in FEI groom to join our dedicated team. We are in Lincoln, MA, and in Wellington during the winter months. Our current team includes eight horses and Nugget, our pony for the little ones who come to visit!

Schedule: 5.5 days a week and shared night checks

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Grooming
• Tacking
• Cooling out
• Wrapping
• Feeding
• Administering medication
• Providing therapeutic support treatments
• Tack cleaning
• Mucking
• Laundry
• Packing and unpacking for shows
• Participating in award ceremonies

Housing: Housing options include a shared cottage with three bedrooms and three baths, which includes utilities and internet or a private apartment on the farm.

Compensation: -Pay is competitive and depends on experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak and read English
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Passionate about providing the best care for our horses
• Be a team player and support trainer's goals
• Good communication and organizational skills
