We are looking for a motivated, hardworking equestrian professional who wants to build a long-term career while helping grow our international sport horse sales program. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is willing to take ownership, get their hands dirty, and do whatever it takes to help the business succeed.

Candidates must be capable of riding and competing horses successfully through the 1.45 m level and have experience training riders and developing horses. The position entails managing staff and the daily care of the horses, building relationships with European sellers and American buyers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative, accountability, and work ethic are valued.
