WildHeart Riding School is looking for a professional horseback riding instructor to join our program in Apopka, Florida (Orlando area).

Our program is structured so instructors can focus on teaching and rider progress, while instructor assistants handle horse preparation and barn support.

Position Full-time

Schedule 6–8 efficient working hours per day

Responsibilities • Teach structured riding lessons to beginner and intermediate riders • Focus on rider development, balance, confidence, and safety • Occasionally teach horsemanship sessions when part of the lesson program • Maintain a professional and positive learning environment for students

Important: Instructors focus on teaching and rider progress. Horse grooming, tacking, and lesson preparation are primarily handled by instructor assistants.

Requirements • Experience teaching horseback riding lessons • Strong riding fundamentals and horse handling skills • English and/or Western riding experience (experience in both is preferred but not required) • Professional attitude and reliability • Ability to work well with students of different ages
