Teranga Stables is a family-owned 5-acre farm in Winter Garden, founded by Louis Ngom, who has worked with horses in France, Senegal, and now Florida. We are building a lesson program, a kids’ Pony Club, summer camps, and after-school programming, and we are looking for someone to grow with us.
This is a hands-on role for a horse person who loves working with kids and wants to help build something, not just clock in. You would help with daily horse care, support and grow into teaching lessons, and help run our programs and parties alongside Louis.
The role is flexible. We are open to a live-in arrangement with a private room in our on-site 3BR/2BA house, or a local off-site arrangement if you are already nearby. Pay is based on your experience, with performance bonuses and a clear growth path into teaching and leading programs.
A good fit looks like: • A genuine love of horses and real comfort around them • Great with kids ages 5 to 14 • Reliable, teachable, and safe • Local to Winter Garden / Windermere / Horizon West, or open to living on-site • Comfortable with physical, outdoor work
Experience helps, but attitude and willingness to learn matter more. If you are stallion-confident or have any teaching experience, even better.
Apply here: https://forms.gle/VtJZHArNegkg5J2y6 The application takes about 30 minutes. It is intentionally thorough because we hire carefully, and we respond to every applicant within 7 days.

What we are looking for: • Genuine love of horses and comfort handling them safely • Enjoys working with kids ages 5 to 14 • Reliable, teachable, safe, and team-oriented • Comfortable with physical, outdoor work • Valid US work authorization • Two verifiable professional references • Stallion experience and teaching experience are a plus, not required
