We are a busy, well-loved riding school and training facility seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Riding Instructor ideally with a background in Dressage and Hunter/Jumper (Part-Time or Full-Time). What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): • Teach engaging lessons in Dressage and Hunter/Jumper to students of various skill levels. • School and maintain our amazing lineup of lesson horses. • Oversee daily horse care, including tacking, blanketing, and basic barn chores. • Assist with events, including horse shows, clinics, and special activities.

What You Bring (Requirements): • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional riding instruction experience. • Knowledge: Sound understanding of Dressage and Hunter/Jumper principles, horse care, safety, and stable management. • Mindset: Personal dedication to educating riders, a commitment to self-improvement, and a team-first attitude. • Preferred: Degree in equine studies or professional certifications (such as BHS, USHJA, USDF, ARIA, CHA, etc.).
