1. Position and Duties 1.1 The Employer agrees to employ the Employee as a Riding Instructor/Trainer. 1.2 The Employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities associated with this position, including but not limited to: • Providing riding instruction and training to clients • Riding horses for training purposes • Taking full responsibility for a certain number of horses (maximum 10-15 horses), coordinating their training schedules and health, farrier appointments, feed, ensure the tack is a good condition etc. • Ensuring the safety and well-being of horses and riders • Following the processes of the riding school, i.e. ensuring that all bookings of riding lessons have to be made through the riding school manager, the employee is not taking any videos of the lessons, not accepting any direct payments etc

The Employee shall be provided with free accommodation at the stables, specifically a one-bedroom studio apartment with its own bathroom, plus a shared spacious ‹kitchen and small terrace. The apartment needs to be maintained in a clean and good condition by the employee

4.3 The Employee shall be entitled to an annual vacation of 30 days, with the timing of that vacation depending on the business needs and being subject to agreement with the m a n a g e m e n t 4.4 The Employee shall be entitled to 30 days of full sick pay for severe medical c o n d i t i o n s 4.5 The Employee shall be provided with health insurance, medical bills not covered by health insurance (prior to getting an Iqama with full coverage) will be covered by the Employer 4.6 The Employee shall receive one return flight to their home country per year in economy class, which will be booked by management
