Design, implement and evaluate methods of effective coaching to strengthen performance for both horse and rider.  Teach students of all levels, from teaching basic skills for beginner riders to preparing potential Intermediate riders into Advanced Level.  Assist the Master Riding instructor in the design and development of the instructors’ development training programs.  Assist the Master Riding Instructor in the design and development of the horses’ development and training programs.  Assist the Master Riding Instructor in the design and development of the lesson scheduling.  Assist the Master Riding Instructor in the design and development of workshops, clinics, and competitions.  Supervise Instructors B and C daily operational activities and performance as requested by the Master Riding Instructor.  Participate in the training and development of EED horses  Assist the Master Riding Instructor in assigning Instructors B & C to the lessons’ schedules  Assist the Master Riding instructor in allocating horses to lesson schedules  Assist the Master Riding Instructor in allocating arenas to lessons’ schedules.  Participate in the implementation of EED workshops, clinics, competitions, and any other events.  Coach and guide students  Assist in the performance evaluation of Instructors B and C and submit periodical reports to Master Riding Instructor.  Lead the periodical students’ performance evaluation  Ensure the proper use of instructing materials, tools, and equipment.  Ensure that students and Instructors B & C are presentable and comply with the safe and professional dress code.  Ensure compliance with all QF and Al Shaqab safety requirements.  Ensure proper compliance with and implementation of policies and procedures to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
