Professional Equestrian Coach Wanted – Kuwait

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Equestrian Coach to join our academy in Kuwait under a full-time contract (minimum 1 year).

About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for training riders across different levels, with a strong focus on developing performance, technique, and horse-rider harmony. This role requires professionalism, dedication, and the ability to work in a dynamic training environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in equestrian coaching (preferably show jumping)
• Ability to train riders from beginner to advanced levels
• Strong knowledge of horse conditioning and performance training
• Experience handling different types of horses, including sensitive and heavy horses
• Good communication skills and a positive coaching attitude
• International experience is a plus
