B.E.C is seeking a mature, honest and enthusiastic qualified Chief Instructor/ Equestrian Manager. Successful applicants will hold appropriate International equestrian qualifications and have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a riding school of up to 20 horses. The following requirements apply:

• Have previously worked as a riding school instructor.
• Coaching to medium level Dressage
• Solid knowledge of groundwork
• Schooling both Private and School Horses with a maximum weight of 65kg.
• Have competed in all disciplines.
• Have a good knowledge/standard of horse and yard care
• Willing to teach beginners to advance level in all disciplines
• Confident and mature personality and be able to adapt and respect Indonesian culture
• Prepare lesson plans & assessments
• Work in a team consisting of various nationalities
• Be a strong and enthusiastic rider, hard working and most importantly have an unconditional passion for both horses and riding.
