Elskling farm is looking for morning help, 6-11 am, five days a week. We are flexible on days however the ideal candidate would be able to work Sunday/Monday. There is a possibility for weekend evening shifts for the right candidate, however those shifts are not an obligation! We are located in the Campbell Valley area.
Responsibilities include cleaning stalls and paddocks, scrubbing indoor and outdoor water buckets, raking paddocks, and some general cleaning. We are home to a mixture of high performance dressage horses, beloved senior citizens, and two varyingly loud miniature donkeys. Total number of four legged creatures is 16 but you should expect to be mucking less than 10 stalls per day as you’ll be working alongside a second staff member. This is a physical job, it involves lifting buckets and pushing a wheelbarrow. Pay starts at $21. We do not pay cash, payroll only. Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate work visas for out of country candidates at this time.
