SEEKING…..an enthusiastic young coach who is excited about the prospect of building a business alongside our stable. We encourage applications from both local and international candidates, and we will assist with housing arrangements, providing year-round employment as required.
Families in the neighbourhood are begging for more instructors here, we have several individuals and families inquiring for lessons. We will want to take on beginner to intermediate riders to start the program. Several riders are ready for sign on for lessons. We have a barn manager lined up to service full boarders here that will have mandatory lessons. This is a growing program !
We currently have 5 horses that have been in training under dressage and low level jumping and have schooled with a number of riders here. We will add to this compliment of horses under your professional advice and training. Horses may be purchased by the Stable for your training and re-sell, for added commission business. We are currently stabling warmblood cross and arabians.

Equestrian Employer Details
Ellesmere Farm and Stables is located in the Nanaimo Regional District of British Columbia, Canada, often referred to as the “Hawaii of Canada.”
Nanoose Bay boasts a microclimate that is perfect for year-round riding.
We are in the process of developing an equestrian facility designed to support a coach within our premises for low-level competitions in Dressage, Hunter Jumper, or Eventing. At present, we have five wonderful horses in our program that have served as schooling mounts and have been utilized by various instructors for lessons. These horses also partake in regular trail rides, giving them a variety of experiences under saddle. The breeds include Warm-blood crosses and Arabians.
There is a significant demand from families in our community for support of new riders.
As your success increases, we have an international stadium located within a 30-mile radius.
